Established over 50 years ago our client are a growing 3 Partner high street law firm. The firm are based in central Oxford and are well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout the region.
The firm are seeking a Practice Manager for their Oxford office.
The work will include:
This is a client facing role and they are seeking a certain individual who has aspirations to assist the firm with its future growth plans
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 5 years previous Practice Management experience.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience paying £40,000 - £50.000

The work will include:
- Dealing with the day to day running of the practice
- Managing a Legal Aid Practice and be able to deal with all the requirements under the LAA contract as well as be able to help with any contract renewals and liaise with the firm’s relationship manager at the LAA.
- Deal with HR
- Oversee accounts on a daily/weekly basis
- Deal with all COLP and COFA and ensure the firm is run in accordance with SRA guidelines
