My client is a small-medium sized firm based in the Mid-town area. The firm has 9 partners and 11 other fee earners with 10 support staff.
They are seeking a corporate commercial lawyer to join their busy and expanding practice. The team is comprised of 3 partners, 3 associates and a trainee. Despite the firms size the quality of work is high and the team are listed in the legal directories for their expertise in this area. The partners in this team all came from well-respected larger city firms. they have a broad client base covering owner managed businesses, starts-ups, PLC's and LLP's.
The work involves the buying and disposal of companies, investment in private companies, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements and outsourcing contracts among other things.
The fee earners at the firm enjoy a collegiate atmosphere and a good work-life balance.
