With a strong connection to the community, it provides excellent client care to a loyal base of returning clients. Located in the attractive suburb of Surrey the office has convenient local transport networks nearby. Currently experiencing a period of growth, the firm is now seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor with a following of clients to join the team.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a pro-active Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to become an integral part of their established, specialist team which includes two of the firm’s partners. The successful Property Solicitor will manage a varied and demanding caseload incorporating all aspects of residential property transactions, experience of commercial property matters would also advantageous for this role.. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor with 5 + years PQE with a following of clients;
Have a solid background in Residential Property matters;
Possess excellent technical and organisational skills;
Have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels;
Be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy;
Additional expertise in Commercial Property is desirable but not essential.
