This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team within a National Legal 500 firm in Birmingham.
Our client needs an experienced Court of Protection lawyer to join thiewr well established team. You will be able to demonstrate experience of providing MCA and deputyship advice ), statutory wills, one off Court applications, completion of tax returns as well as advising on complex and strategic instructions, tailoring advice to its practical application. Applications from Legal Executives are also welcome.
