One of the leading law firms in London are seeking to recruit a company commercial solicitor to join their practice.

Your new role
You will join the firms company/commercial department, working on a number of domestic and international agreements. The role offers fantastic access to high value matters and the opportunity to develop your career and legal skills by working with experienced lawyers within this space, reporting to the department's partner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a talented lawyer with at least 2+ PQE within the company commercial space. With the department working on matters overseas, fluency in another language notably German would be advantageous. You will also have a proven track record on working on relevant matters in English law with experience in private company sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreement and asset sales
