This leading UK law firm is seeking a corporate tax lawyer for its City of London office. The right candidate will work alongside the Partner on corporate and real estate tax matters, e.g. advising on the tax elements of M&A and private equity deals, funds establishment, regeneration projects and structured real estate transactions.
Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor in the UK and ideally have 1+ years of post qualification experience in a corporate tax practice. You should be technically astute and have good knowledge of UK corporate tax, stamp taxes and VAT matters. You should have excellent drafting skills and a keen interest in business development.
