This individual will focus on commercial and IP law and advise on commercial agreements, licensing and franchising issues, data protection and e-commerce, cyber law, IT and cloud computing, intellectual property law and much more.

This role suits a UK solicitor with ideally one to four years of post qualification experience, either in private practice or in-house.
