An award winning Legal 500 firm with offices across Yorkshire are now looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience running a busy caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, shared ownerships, leasehold flats, new builds and transfers of equity.

- Minimum 5 year PQE Solicitor with in residential property
- Experience of managing a caseload of residential property matters from the initial instruction through to completion
- Confidence and ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both in writing and verbally
