An opportunity has arisen with a Birmingham based law firm who are looking to recruit a Private Client Fee Earner into their busy Private Client team.
Client Details
Our client is very well known within the Birmingham market place and has a long standing history of providing a full range of legal services to both businesses and individuals across the Midlands region.
Description
As a Private Client Fee Earner you will have conduct of your own caseload which will consist of a full range of wills, probate, trusts, estate matters and court of protection matters. You will be meeting with clients on a regular basis to take instructions and fully understand their needs whilst keeping them updated throughout the process.
Profile
The ideal Private Client Fee Earner will have around 2 years prior experience within this area of law, this may be as a paralegal or a legal executive. A STEP qualification, whilst not essential would be advantageous.
If a candidate demonstrated a desire to be involved in business development this would be very well received and rewarded.
