Trade Mark Attorney

My client is a top tier private practice with an stellar reputation for advising globally recognised brands in intellectual property matters. 

This law firm is currently seeking a Trade Mark Attorney to join their London practice on a permanent basis to join the firms highly reputable Intellectual Property practice to work predominantly on brands.

In joining this team, you will be advising on a variety of brand related matters such as portfolio management, reviewing and providing oppositions on watch notices, TM oppositions (UK and EU) and clearance searching. You will also be involved in the filing and prosecution of TM Applications and drafting witness statements and submissions under the UK Intellectual Property Office and the EU Intellectual Property Office. 

The ideal candidate will therefore be experienced in undertaking high level responsibilities on transactions and will be able to evidence experience of business development activities. 

It is essential that applicants are a member of ITMA.
