Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor: St Helens

High street practice in Rainhill is looking for a solicitor who has alot of experience under their belt to join the firm and deal with the existing commercial and residential caseload. You will be the only solicitor dealing with this, you will have a legal assistant and a secretary to assist you. So obviously you need to be able to work with no supervision.

The caseload is very established with the clients being long standing clients of the firm, so you will not be expected to bring new business in but just service the existing clients to a high standard.

This firm is small and very close knit with a very relaxed atmosphere and a strict 9-5 policy so they are big on work life balance. If you were to have to see a client after hours, you would be expected to leave early the next day or come in later.
