Conveyancing Paralegal

They currently have 5 Paralegals currently going through the training contract process and due to expansion are looking to further build on this. You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team working alongside a highly experienced team of Solicitors. This will be a hands-on role where you will be involved in all stages of the Conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion. You work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role more interesting.
You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least one years' experience of dealing with a Residential Property caseload. You should ideally have experience of all stages of the conveyancing process, although this is not essential. You will have completed the LPC and have first class communication skills; you should be a personable, confident individual. Salary is dependent on your level of experience although up to £27k, plus an excellent benefits package.
