Boutique alternative asset manager seeks a lawyer to join small legal team.
You will work with the GC on all legal matters affecting the organisation including fund structuring and maintenance, fund documentation, trading documentation, regulation, corporate issues and other ad hoc matters and projects.
You will have a funds or financial services background from a top law firm or in-house. Experience in alternative funds is an advantage but is not essential.
