Residential Conveyancer

Within the Residential Property department fee earners there will be support from experienced Paralegals and Secretaries, although you will be expected to have a working knowledge of all stages of the Conveyancing process. You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of equity.
You will be either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with at least two years' experience. You will have a good working knowledge and the personality and ability to build strong relationships with clients. Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience.
