Commercial Property lawyers 1 – 5 years’ PQE BRISTOL

Our client, a private practice law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor of 1 to 5 years’ PQE to their team in Bristol. The team acts in all areas of Commercial Property, from single property sales and acquisitions to landlord and tenant work, portfolio transactions and site assembly and development, including development finance. You will be acting for a wide range of clients working on various transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters.  The successful candidate will have experience of handling a general mix of good quality Commercial Property work and will be technically excellent, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
