Our client prides itself on its corporate legal service and they are looking for a qualified solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.
Due to the demanding nature of this role, candidates must have upwards of 6 months of Corporate/M&A experience. Clients they act on behalf of span nationwide and internationally. They work across a number of sectors within Corporate Law and are highly supportive of paralegal progression. Their trainees are always selected from their pool of existing paralegals.
This position is demanding and requires a clear passion for Corporate Law. Prior experience is essential working with high net worth clients at a reputable firm.
