THE FIRM
This Lexcel accredited firm with several offices in the South East is increasingly instructed in high value and complex company and commercial work and is now looking for an experienced solicitor to join the team in the Ashford office. Examples of work recently undertaken include complex joint venture agreements, franchise and asset purchase agreements, and acquisitions of greenfield sites with associated construction contracts. The firm has an ongoing busy caseload of high-profile and high-net-worth matters in similar vein. On offer is a generous salary and benefits package.
