Private Client Solicitor (Associate)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior private client solicitor who has an interest in elderly client issues including CHC and Court of Protection to join their highly reputable team.
Our client is seeking to appoint a solicitor with a minimum of five years post qualification experience and preferably STEP to undertake a key role in their private client division servicing a broad client base.
The role comes with clear progression prospects through to partnership. You will be providing advice on wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters (including contested applications) administration of estates including dealing with OMB and HNW clients working alongside the tax partner as necessary,
The role will also involve providing support to more junior members of the team along with marketing and networking.
