Litigation Executive

Location: Chester

Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Opportunity;
We are currently recruiting for an experienced PI fee Earner to join us in our Chester office to be responsible for managing Clinical Negligence cases for our Serious and Specialist Injury Department. Experience in EL/PL/Trade Union or OMS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities to include;

* Assisting with and managing Clinical Negligence cases
* Client liaison work
* Time recording and billing
* Drafting of documentation
* Working as part of a busy team environment
* Managing work through our case management system

What we are looking for;

- Experience using the PI Portal
- You will have a passion for providing empathetic and exemplary client care and possess a keen interest in Personal Injury work.
- You should also possess previous experience of effectively managing your own caseload, gained within any transferable area.
- The ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people both verbally as well as in writing is also integral to this role as are strong IT skills
- The ability to work independently but also as part of a collaborative team environment
