Commercial Property Solicitor

Venn Group is currently working with a multi-office law firm based in Berkshire who is looking to recruit a permanent commercial property solicitor. The commercial property role is in line with the growth of the business team and will be ideally suited to a 1-2 year PQE qualified solicitor. It will require a commercial property solicitor who enjoys a variety in their workload, and seeks to build relationships with clients and professional contacts and to manage their own commercial property files.

The role will involve:

• Commercial property lettings
• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Development site acquisition
• New house sales
• Planning and infrastructure agreements
• Property based businesses such as shops, pubs, restaurants and professional firms (dentists)
• Family business sales and purchases
• Farms and landed estates

The successful candidate will have:

• 1 – 2 years PQE
• Commercial property experience
• Be comfortable using a case management system
• Must have the means to work to your own initiative and be comfortable meeting clients face to face
