Property Litigation Solicitor - 1+ PQE
An exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join this well regarded Legal 500 Firm in Liverpool. Ideally you will be around 1+ PQE up to a more senior level and have experience of high quality Property Litigation work within a regional or national firm.
This is varied role with the Property Litigation department here undertaking all aspects of Property Litigation, which includes but is by no means limited to: boundary disputes, encroachment, rights of way, and property damage and lease negotiations. Hence the broader your Property Litigation experience the better, with experience in one or more of the above being desirable but not essential.
We will also consider Commercial Litigators who have a genuine interest in Property Litigation.
