The Role:
Expertise in both commercial and civil litigation will be required. Experience in dealing with property related disputes is also a must. You will based at the firm's modern central Bournemouth office and work closely with the whole Dispute Resolution team. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience and there are excellent progression opportunities on offer to the right candidate.
The Candidate:
Substantial experience and understanding of Dispute Resolution, and experience with both Commercial and Civil litigation, including property litigation is required. You must have the ability to deal with all aspects of this work, have excellent and accurate computer skills, a professional manner and ability to use your initiative and work under pressure. A desire to refer and attract new business is also important.
