You will need a minimum of 3 years corporate commercial experience and be ready to take on an exciting corporate commercial role at a top firm.
The corporate commercial work covered will be varied and exciting and of a high quality. Mergers and acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity and Intellectual Property are some of the areas that will make up your caseload. Any experience in these fields would be highly desirable.
