Legal Counsel - FMCG

A well known and highly regarded lifestyle and health brand is currently seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their Legal team on a 6 month fixed term contract to assist with an upcoming business project. The role is based in North-West London, easily commutable via public transport from Central.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will take on a varied role responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including marketing, consultancy and services agreements

- advising on IP matters

- working with Project Leads to assist in delivering objectives

- instructing external counsel when required

- liasing extensively across the business acting in an advisory capacity

To be considered for this position you will be a qualified Lawyer, ideally 3 years + PQE as a guide. You will have training in a reputable private practice firm preferably with subsequent experience in-house in a similar role. Your ability to adapt quickly and deliver objectives to deadline will ensure your continued success in this role.
