They are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team on a full time permanent basis. The firm has a strong litigation team with many years' experience conducting litigation in the full range of civil and courts and tribunals.

This role will involve the Civil Litigation Solicitor running a caseload of matters which will include:

• Contractual disputes
• Banking litigation
• Debt collection
• Corporate and partnership disputes
• Employment and redundancy issues
• Professional negligence
• Debt Recovery
• Eviction of tenants
• Property disputes
• Termination of business tenancies
• Forfeiting of commercial leases
• Leasehold Valuation Tribunal matters

The ideal Civil Litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience and have a strong technical ability and be able to hit the ground running.
