Education Lawyer

Education Lawyer required to join a public sector organisation based in the Midlands for an initial period of 6 months

This is an excellent opportunity for an Education Lawyer based in the Midlands to join a well-known and widely regarded local authority on a locum basis.

The successful Education Lawyer will be joining a well-established team dealing with Adults, Education and Employment matters, with all solicitors working on education matters so they will have some support in this position.

The role is to undertake a wide range of education matters which will include schools appeals, clerking schools admission, exclusions appeals, providing general advice to schools and SEN matters.

This organisation is well-located as is easily accessible via either train or public transport from throughout the Midlands, as well as offering free onsite parking.

The ideal Education Lawyer will have previous experience of working within a public sector organisation and will be able to start as soon as possible.

While this position is for 6 months initially, there is the possibility of an extension thereafter.
