Corporate Associate - Isle of Man, British Isles

Our client, a leading international law firm, is currently searching for a high caliber Corporate Associate to join their team, located in the Isle of Man. 

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to; 

• Working alongside the Partner, you would be provided with the opportunity to handle a variety of Corporate matters, ranging from establishing, maintain and dealing with offshore structures
• Ability to deal with confidential information within high profile cases
• Participate in business development activities
• Advising on any compliance and regulatory issues associated with transactions
• Participating and advising on Mergers and Acquisitions
• Advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional structured finance transactions

This new opportunity will be suitable for candidates with impressive academics who are looking to make a move to join one of the world's largest providers of offshore legal advice. 

What they are ideally looking for; 

• 1-5 years PQE and must have been called to the bar in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (Any experience with Isle of Man law would be an advantage)
