A new opportunity has become available within a highly regarded Law Firm for a Residential Legal Secretary based in Warwickshire.

The Firm are a regional multi service Law Firm and have an outstanding reputation within the Legal market. The opening is within their established Residential Conveyancing department, supporting a Partner and Fee Earners. Working alongside other secretarial staff you will support the Residential Conveyancing function by providing secretarial Support.

To be successful within this role you should be a professional and experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA. You should have a strong background in working within Residential Conveyancing. It is essential that you have the ability to support a number of fee earners at one time, coordinating workloads and being able to prioritise your daily tasks. You should be organised and pro-active. You should be an accurate and proficient typist with excellent IT skills.

Daily duties include but are not limited to;
Assist the team in their daily routine by speaking with clients
Audio and copy typing
Preparation of court documents
Arranging meetings and travel
Extensive diary management and email management
Billing and preparing reports
Dealing with expenses
Liaison with designated fee earners
Provide assistance to other support staff when required

This is a full time position and the salary for the role is dependent upon experience.
