Commercial Property Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large West Midlands based Local Authority who require a Commercial Property Development Locum Lawyer to join their in-house team.

Applications are welcome from solicitors, barristers, legal executives and non qualified lawyers who are able to demonstrate the relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of commercial property development matters such as transactions comprising conditional land sale agreements, commercial, residence and mixed developments, phased development schemes, condition precedents, overage and related procurement.

You will possess effective planning and communication skills, a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving coupled with the ability to work as part of a team, but also lead on individual projects. Further the successful candidate will be highly motivated, assertive and be able to display exceptional attention to detail.

The Authority is initially recruiting on a three month contract however we are advised there is a strong likelihood of extension.

The hourly rate is £30.00 per hour to an umbrella or limited company and this is on the basis of 35 hours over 5 days per week.
