THE ROLE
You will be a solicitor with a solid background in corporate law and with a strongly commercial focus. You should have a broad range of experience, being able to advise on a range of legal services for clients ranging from young entrepreneurial start-ups right through to well-established businesses including major household names. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be NQ – 3 years’ PQE, with an excellent academic record. Please note that our client will not consider applications from candidates with a lower than 2:1 at first degree level;
Have completed your training contract within a reputable - preferably Legal 500 – firm, or be able to demonstrate a committed and ambitious career path thus far, and have experience in private equity or capital markets work;
Possess strong technical skills, be meticulous and with the ability to prioritise your workload;
Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language;
Enjoy networking and business development, and be adept at fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with your clients.
