A fast growing energy company based in Wiltshire is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their Legal Affairs team on a permanent basis.

Our client is seeking positive and proactive candidate with excellent communication skills to support the companies committees.

This is an exciting and varied role where the main focus will be ensuring the operation of good company secretarial and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
*Providing internal advice on governance procedures
*Managing the companies corporate calendar
*Supporting the Company Secretarial team with meetings and reports
*Monitoring and reporting on adherence to the Companies Act and various regulations
*Assist with the administration of the Companies share Schemes

Skills/Experience required
*Previous experience in a similar role including producing reports and presentations
*Outstanding writing skills
*Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work to deadline
*Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


The successful candidate will be a great team player that is also confident enough to work autonomously. You will also have a great sense of humour. A legal qualification is desirable but not essential.
