An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate lawyer to join a Magic Circle firm in Riyadh. Our client is a top tier international firm who are widely regarded as having one of the leading corporate transactional and advisory practices in the world.
As a Corporate Lawyer in the firm's Riyadh office, you would be working with high profile and sophisticated clients on prestigious and complex international deals. You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of transactions with a focus on private M&A work, joint ventures and Capital Markets.
Key Requirements:
- Must have at least 3PQE
- Arabic skills would be preferable
- Must have a strong technical and commercial legal background
- Must be confident and self motivated and able to manage a high degree of responsibility
- International law firm experience would be preferable
