Commercial Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join the fast-paced legal team of an East Midlands based multinational organisation.

Our client has grown rapidly in the last twenty years to become a leading provider of services in its sector. The clients of this company represents an array of blue chip organisations, including market leading companies across over twenty countries. As a result, the work for this solicitor will be varied in nature, although primarily focused on general commercial matters.

The successful individual will be responsible for:
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements with both suppliers and clients.
- Drafting, reviewing and implementing template and precedent contract documents.
- Advising the business on a range of legal issues including contract, property, litigation, intellectual property and new ventures.
- Carrying out company secretarial tasks in relation to the UK and European divisional companies.

We are looking for qualified solicitors or barristers with between NQ-4 years PQE, preferably obtained in a commercial law firm or another in-house position.
