Our Top Tier client is currently looking for a dynamic Corporate Finance lawyer to join their highly regarded Corporate team.

This fantastic team have an exceptional reputation in the market, acting for clients ranging from major corporates to public bodies, financial institutions and private individuals. With a broad ranging expertise, they are excellently placed to advise on everything from traditional M&A transactions to private equity, equity capital markets, reorganisations and joint ventures.

You will be a stellar candidate with strong academics and have trained at a leading City or regional practice with a notable Corporate practice. Your experience will cover handling the full raft of M&A transactions and ideally have enjoyed exposure to handling work in the energy, transport or financial services sectors.
