A rare and sought after in-house role with a corporate finance house and global asset manager. Highly commercially focused role as a deal lawyer in this special situation style asset manager.
You must want and thrive on having a role with autonomy and extensive and regular contact with the business as well as the clients of the business. You will be the face of this dynamic business when negotiating for them and speaking for them. Applicants from Banking, Finance and leveraged finance or corporate finance background are invited to get in touch. We are looking for a lawyer with 3-5 pqe and experience of relevant banking or leveraged finance experience.
