Dedicated Family Lawyer sought for a thriving firm on the Kent / South East London border.
A specialist practice offering a select range of legal services to clients across London and into the South East, our client provides clear and practical advice to clients in times of conflict. With a team of experienced Lawyers and dedicated support staff, they are well-placed to advise and represent clients at all stages of their matter.
The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented and driven Family Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Bromley area. Becoming part of a growing, specialist team, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload encompassing private and publicly-funded matters to include: divorce; child arrangements; cohabitation disputes; financial remedy; domestic violence; care proceedings and; injunctions. The ideal Lawyer will possess Family or Children panel membership and have strong advocacy experience.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Family department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in all aspects of matrimonial and children matters.
You will ideally be a member of the Law Society Family and/or Children Panels or be working towards accreditation.
First class client care and negotiation skills are essential for the position.
You will have strong advocacy skills.
You will be fully conversant with LAA processes and committed to public work.
