Based in Cheltenham, this leading firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its fast-growing team. This department has tripled in size since it opened its Cheltenham practice and is already well respected in the local and surrounding areas.

- You will deal with a caseload which includes; HNW Individuals, sales & purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 4 years' experience, but this role is open to even the most experienced Solicitor as the firm is also considering hires at their senior level.
- You should be the type of person that can build strong relationships with clients and can spot business opportunities.
- Being well connected within the local area is highly desirable as the firm is well known in the community.
- Salary of up to £45,000-£60,000 with staff benefits
