The Healthcare department offers a truly multi-service offering. This role is to join the Corporate / Commercial arm of the department dealing with a broad range of work. The work will include; M&A, Joint ventures, Franchising agreements, Restructuring and reorganisations, Regulatory, Governance and the Formation of corporate bodies.
You will be a Corporate / Commercial Healthcare lawyer with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE as the firm are keen also to look at lateral Partner hires). You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good client relationships. Salary is above market rate and dependent on your background, you will also be enrolled onto an excellent benefits package.
