The Residential Property department has an incredibly strong client base and a network of referral sources including many HNW estate agents. A large proportion of their transactions are a high value; they manage their caseloads using the latest case management software. Everyone only works on manageable caseloads; the firm are known for offering the highest level of service, and they subsequently charge well. The firm has an ethos of quality and wants to allow fee earners the time to deliver this service by making caseloads manageable.
You will join a friendly, professional, and forward thinking team. The caseload will include; Sales and Purchases, Transfers of equity, Re-mortgages and freehold and leaseholds.
You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least two years' experience; you will be either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive. You will have good experience of running your own caseload and will have excellent interpersonal and client care skills. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience although up to £55k, plus an industry leading benefits package as mentioned above.
