Are you an RTA Paralegal who is looking to join a leading legal 500 practice based in Newcastle?
My client is a highly regarded personal injury market leader in the North East. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an RTA Paralegal to assist Fee Earners with a caseload of MOJ Portal files.
You will be contacting clients and third parties on a daily basis to ensure files are progressed as effectively and efficiently as possible through the Portal, whilst working towards tight internal deadlines. The RTA Paralegal will be responsible for negotiating optimum settlement for the firm, issuing proceedings and working collaboratively as part of a large Portal Team.
You will have at least 3 months experience dealing with RTA cases either as a Paralegal or a Fee Earner in order to be considered for this role.
