An experienced Real Estate Solicitor is required to join a law firm with a very prejudice client base in Manchester city centre. This firm are expanding their team following continuous success with business development and are offering an excellent salary and benefits package up to £66K.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to be part of a forwarding an innovative law firm in Manchester to practice in Real Estate which is widely acknowledged as a market leading practice and which covers all aspects of commercial property.
Who we're looking for
You will have 5-7 years PQE with a solid track record in working on commercial Real Estate matters including non-contentious Landlord and Tenant issues. You will also have experience of asset management work. You will have experience in mentoring and developing junior associates.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to work in private practice whilst having responsibilities more aligned to in-house work. You will be focused on providing high quality legal and commercial solutions and advice to our clients. You will advise on a variety of Real Estate matters with particular focus on Asset Management work ensuring a consistent level of client service is provided at all times. You will be supervise the work of junior lawyers and paralegals, providing the relevant guidance, support and development.
