A specialist Property practice with a network of offices situated across the UK, our client has grown substantially since their establishment in the 1990s, which continues to grow from strength to strength. Due to providing an exemplary conveyancing service they continue to receive a high volume of repeat instruction from returning clients. They are now looking to recruit a pro-active Residential Conveyancer to join and enhance their specialised team.
THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Leicestershire practice, and is suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals. The position will include a range of conveyancing disciplines including buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold, extending and granting leases, transferring equity, shared ownership, buy to let and re-mortgages. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal;
Have solid experience in Residential Conveyancing matters;
Be a swift, methodical worker with an eye for detail;
Enjoy working in a team, but be proactive and ambitious to develop your role within the firm.
