The Firm
Our well-respected client is a CQS accredited practice located in Hampshire. The firm have established a local reputation for excellent client services and their success has led to growth of the firm. Following their expansion and an opening of a new office, they are now looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their friendly team.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their new offices in Farnborough. The position is offered on a full-time basis and is suitable for applications from fee-earning paralegals, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and qualified Solicitors. The position will be handling your own caseload of conveyancing matters including buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold and re-mortgages. The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary package.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or fee-earning Paralegal.
You will have solid experience in residential conveyancing matters.
