Property/ Conveyancing Legal Advisor - Fixed term contract

A specialist financial services / pensions provider with headquarters in central Ipswich is looking to engage a Property / Conveyancing Assistant for this immediately available role.

You will be working as part of a team 6, whose focus is to manage and establish relationships with key internal advisers and introducers of new business. You will manage a transactional case load of commercial property acquisitions, disposals and other related transactional legal work. This will include reviewing, analysing and interpreting legal documents and assist in complex legal conveyancing and transactional matters. You will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external customers and have responsibility for conducting client meetings.

We are looking to speak to a range of Legal professionals who have either transactional commercial or residential conveyancing experience: including Commercial Property Paralegals with relevant qualifications, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Qualified Lawyers. We would also be keen to hear from candidates who are currently working as either Legal Secretaries or Legal Administrator's within a Conveyancing / Property legal team , who are interested in developing their experience further.

Working within a collegiate team, you will have responsibility for your own busy case load and receive plenty of on the job training and administrative support. With the role being a 14 month fixed term contract to start ASAP, our client is confident that there will be opportunities for the role to convert to a permanent vacancy.
