Our client, a leading City firm, is looking to hire a solicitor to join their Regulatory team.
The role will involve running a caseload of litigation matters to assist the firm's Regulatory team. You will be acting on behalf of professional discipline clients, advising individuals and corporations on disciplinary processes with boards including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Education Workforce Council of Wales (EWC) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record and experience in the regulatory or professional discipline department of a reputable firm. They will have extensive litigation experience and the ability to see issues from a commercial perspective.
