Our client, a Legal 500 Law firm based in North West London (zone 2/3) is looking to hire a paralegal on a permanent basis to focus on Court of Protection work (and assist on other Private Client work).
You will be assisting a Partner in the Private Client department covering; wills, tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts. You will also have a particular focus on Court of Protection work helping manage the personal affairs of mentally incapacitated clients.
Requirements:
- Must hold a 2.1 (or above) UK Law degree
- You must be well organised and presentable with a very good command of spoken and written English
- An interest in Private Client work will be advantageous
- Must be available to start in February
