Position: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client a reputable regional law firm, requires the assistance of an experienced Residential Property Paralegal on a permanent basis due to an increase in work in this area.

The role will be to assist the Head of Department with her caseload and typical duties will involve handling residential conveyancing cases autonomously and working the transactions through from instruction to completion. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will be required to work to strict deadlines, draft contracts, liaise with clients and third parties involved with cases and fill out the relevant post completion documents.

Successful Residential Property Paralegals will have the LLB and ideally the LPC and a clear interest in Property law. Due to the demanding nature of the role, our client is seeking candidates with previous experience in this area.
