Our client, a well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation are looking for a Trading Documentation Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role will be to provide support on the administration, negotiation and execution of fund trading documentation. You will also be required to prepare and maintain progress reports, liaise with external counsel and arrange the execution of agreements.
Some experience in negotiating ISDA documentation is essential.
The role would suit an existing in-house lawyer or a private practice lawyer looking for their first role in-house.
