Our client, a dedicated and expanding firm based in Greater Manchester has organically grown a reputation for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses across the North West. Due to an increase of work they are looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join their firm on a full time permanent basis. The role would suit a Property Solicitor who is confident with dealing with both Residential and Commercial property matters and is technically sound.
This opportunity will allow the Property Solicitor to showcase their skills and talent by running a full caseload of matters which will include:
- Sales and Purchases
- Transfer of equity
- Leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial property transactions
Applications for this Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 4 years' PQE* who has gained both Residential and Commercial Property experience and can market and network effectively.
