Excellent opportunity to find out if you enjoy PSL work! Two freelance finance professional support lawyers sought for a 90 day contract with a well regarded know-how provider. Expertise in either asset or project finance gained with a reputable City / International firm is essential.
THE ROLE
To sit with the team and draft high quality know-how materials such as practice notes, standard documents and related practice guidance.
ABOUT YOU
You will need at least five years' experience in your specialist areas as well as excellent drafting skills and the ability to use clear, concise language to explain transactional processes.
